Automating Facility Access for JCC Prosserman
An automated Club Automation and C-Cure integration eliminates wait times, cuts manual work, and extends access control to guests and parking.

Manual access control was slowing check-in for everyone
JCC Prosserman's North York, Toronto facility serves 20,000 members, but activating facility access was still a manual process. Staff had to activate each new member's access card by hand, creating delays at check-in and errors that piled up fastest during peak hours.
The strain fell hardest on staff, who spent time on repetitive activation work instead of the tasks that actually needed their attention.
Getting through a successful member data migration and launch is just the start, as we continue our engagement with Ready Set Go to meet the goals of our strategic plan.
Our Solution
Automated Access, End to End
We integrated Club Automation, JCC Prosserman's membership system, with C-Cure, their facility access system, so new members' access cards activate automatically based on membership type — no manual step required. Club Automation's well-documented API made half the connection straightforward; C-Cure had no API of its own, so we built a creative workaround to bridge the two systems anyway.

JCC Prosserman plans to expand this automation to other areas of their operations — the success of this project has paved the way for what comes next.
